Mom’s Milk Boutique Big Kid’s Gift Guide

Big Kid's gift guide

Sometimes big kids can be the hardest to shop for. Not only are there so many options, but kids change their minds hourly on what they love.

I’ve scoured the internet to find you some things I know my big kids love or would love for years to come.

 1. Dress up. Kim from the Caffeinated Mommy was sweet enough to send my super Jack his very own cape. This is a GREAT gift idea especially after super Jack tried to fly and broke his leg. Even before the break, my kids love playing super hero, and having something specially made just for them is a special treat they will love forever. Another cute dress up gift is the super adorable Unicorn hair clip from LeaJ, she has so many fun things to choose from but I’m always partial to unicorns.

2. Learning Toys. I’m in love with the periodic table stacking blocks, teach your kiddos about elements in a fun, colorful way. MMB also offers an indoor garden that would be a great project for all the homeschoolers out there. We also have the Waldorf ribbon ring that will encourage creativity and dance in any kid. My personal favorite the Green Toys Build-a-Bouquet would also be great to build color skills and learn about plant life.

3. Handmade dolls. Two Options from Etsy shops that will make any girl or boy excited to find under the tree. They are also unique so you know your doll is special!

4. Classic Toys. If it’s an eco friendly fire truck, soft train set, recycled crayon set, or even a felt build-your-own sandwich set you know these toys won’t ever go out of style. Classics are classic for a reason!

5. Needs. A stainless cup like the safe sippy and a carry on approved suitcase like the Trunki will make holiday travel a little easier. Not only are they both convenient, but both are available at MMB!
